The seat that offers a right dept for your body helps in keeping your knees in better shape. While sitting on the chair with your back against the backrest, the recommended seat depth would leave a gap of about 2 to 4 inches between the chair’s seat and the back of your knees.

Adjustable Lumbar Support

Without proper support for your lower back, sitting on a chair for a long period will put strain on your spine making you slouch. This is the reason a chair with adjustable lumbar support is the right choice. The chair’s lumbar support must have an option of adjusting the depth as well as the height.
