Every office needs office supplies, like paper, ink, envelopes, etc. These products go on sale all the time. Don’t wait until you run out of a product to buy it. Watch the sales and when a product you always use goes on sale – buy it! For example, every few months the office supply stores have reams of printer paper for free! Well, you still pay for them but you can get a rebate or a reward loaded onto a loyalty card. Then put that money back into your office supply account. A great tool to help your business is Trello. Trello is a collaboration tool that organizes your projects into boards. At a glance, you can set up your Trello boards to inform you of what’s being worked on, who’s working on what, and where something is in a process. As a small business, you can set up a board for each employee with tasks that are due each week. Or you can set up a group board so you can easily track the progress of a project.
